Your phone supports 45W charging. The brick in the box probably doesn't.

Getting the full 45W

Fast charging only works when every link in the chain supports it. Three things to know:

1. Your phone must support it. Samsung's 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 is on the S22 Ultra and above, plus the Note and Tab S lines. An S20 will fast charge, but caps out at 25W.
2. Enable it in settings. On Samsung, go to Settings → Battery and device care → Battery → More battery settings, and switch on Super fast charging. It's off by default on some models.
3. Use the included cable. A cable rated below 5A becomes the bottleneck. If you swap it later, look for a 5A / 100W USB-C to USB-C cable.
