Soft and comfortable, the straps don't dig in. For this reason, the support is not high impact - it's a nice stretch. However, I enjoy the product overall. Cannot remove the pads if that makes a difference for you. I like it that way, but some may not. Worth noting.

This bra fit the bill even though I am a 38DD. It's very soft and so comfortable! I don't think it would be great for high impact, just not supportive enough.
