Refund Policy

At EvoFine, we are committed to delivering your purchase within the contiguous U.S. in a timely manner. We are doing everything in our power to get you everything you need, but with high demand and shipping companies functioning well over capacity, there have been unavoidable service delays. We apologize for any disappointment or hardship this may cause, but we will strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the product back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, including:
Gift cards or downloadable software.
Health and personal care items (if opened).
Clearance or final sale items.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as EvoFine is not responsible for items lost in transit.
