Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards or digital products.
Personal care items (if opened).
Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
