This red light therapy lamp is well-built and easy to use. I've noticed reduced muscle soreness and improved skin tone after a few consistent sessions. The light is strong but comfortable. Definitely a great addition to my wellness routine!

I'm very satisfied with my red light lamp. It's very easy to assemble and lightweight, so it's easy to move around. It has a stand, and the arm is super versatile so you can put it in any position. I use it for my face, so I put it next to the bed, and my husband uses it for a hand injury, so he puts it next to his desk. The light is powerful, and little by little, you feel a very relaxing warmth.

Got this today and immediately unboxed it to try. I typically use the red light sauna at my gym so im comparing it to that. I like that you can choose your NM option, the gym sauna does not have a variable for NM. I also like the height of this light, it allows for some flexibility in how you sit under it. Im happy with this overall as an option for still getting red light when I cant make it to the gym.

Nice product, easy to set up. Add the remote app instead of the controller. The app would be a lot better than the hard wired controller. Make the app so it can control 2 units (or more).
