📜FAQ
1. Camera won't connect to the app and says connection failed.

When opening the app for the first time, please make sure to authorize the App with the album, location, WLAN & cellular data, otherwise, the connection will fail. Please contact us for support when you can't get this issue resolved.

2. Can’t use navigation / listen music with online app while driving?

Once you connect to Odrey-A2 Pro-**** WiFi, it will say 'No internet connection', which is fine and please select ‘Keep trying wifi’. If you want to use the phone network,(for music, navigation etc.) just disconnect the camera WiFi. The camera will continue to record even when it is not connected to your cellphone. In other words, you don’t need to connect to the dash cam WiFi all the time.

3. Loop recording doesn't work.

Make sure your loop recording is on and format your SD card, then set the G-Sensor at low sensitivity, your SD card may have too much locked videos and loop recording can't overwrite with these videos

4. No internet connection after connecting the camera WiFi.

Once you connect to Odrey WiFi, it will say 'No internet connection'. Which is fine. As long as you keep the WiFi connection, you can still use the APP normally. That's because this WiFi is a hub-type WiFi, which can only be used to transmit data, but has no Internet access function. That is to say, after the WiFi connection, it will show that there is no network. But the APP can be used normally.

Good Dash cam
I recently bought the ODREY Dash Cam and it’s been a great purchase. But the video quality is excellent, it’s like 4K which is clear enough to see details like license plates. Its super night vision and WDR work really well at night, so it’s perfect. This simple to track locations and transfers videos to my phone using the built in GPS and 5G WiFi. It also comes with loop recording and G sensor which will automatically save saved footage in the event of an accident. This 150° wide angle lens is all encompassing of the road, removing that blind spot. Though it doesn’t have a rear camera itself, the front recording is good. I highly recommend using a high-speed SD card. This dash cam is a great value overall since it has fast and easy setup, very high quality recording, and useful features.

Great peace of mind on the road!
My previous car camera was broken and I had to replace it with a new one. This camera is very high-definition. I should have replaced it with one that supports high memory. It is very suitable for people like me who often drive. Sometimes I want to see the previous records and often don’t have enough memory to record. This one is quite good.
