We ordered the Ashford 16' x 12' pergola and are so very pleased with the results! It came in four (very heavy) boxes. I would suggest that you have at least 3 people to complete the base set up (the four pillars and two top cross supports) That part is the trickiest of the entire set up. The rest is a piece of cake for even one person. However, if you want to complete this project time efficiently you could have two people assembling the top pieces (which is a simple and repetitive process) while 2 others work to install. This pergola is well build and beautiful! We are very happy with this purchase.

We don't have one shade tree so this pergola is awesome! We hired 3 men to install, it took them 5 hours. It's beautiful and adds so much value and usability to our property. We're in love 😍

We bought this pergola as a focal point to a new paved patio in the middle of our backyard. We hired a landscape architect and landscaping company to completely redo our backyard. We ran out of budget to have a pergola built so bought this pergola instead. The company installed it for us and the crew said it was easy and components were high quality. The architect was very impressed and said she would recommend to other clients. It overwintered great. We wiped some dust off and it still looks brand new. Very happy.
