Modern Shade 11'x13'Outdoor Cedar Wood Hardtop Gazebo with Double Steel Roof, Hooks, for Backyard, Patio or Deck

After much research for a gazebo I chose this 10x10 for two reasons: 1) price, 2) good customer reviews for the gazebo and customer service at Modern Shade. The gazebo arrived in 3 heavy boxes; great care was given to ensure minimal damage and everything was packed and protected well. We had the gazebo half built when we found we were missing parts. I called customer service and they sent the missing part within a week. I did tell the CSR that the instructions were barely legible and the diagrams are a bit confusing. They emailed me the file which I was able to print. I did suggest they have a link on their website with the instructions that their customers could download/print - which would be very convenient when their office is closed. I do think the instructions could be a little better showing which way the support beam holes are supposed to face, etc. It was a bit of a challenge building it because we had to loosen many of the screws to get other parts to fit but it all worked out in the end. All in all I'm very happy with the gazebo and plan on many years of putting it to good use.

This is an absolutely beautiful gazebo. I definitely had to have two handyman put this together and it took them most of the day, so don’t be surprised of the amount of pieces and assembly required. I had an issue with the lights that came with it and called customer service and they were absolutely amazing and sent out new lights for me. The customer service alone is worth Getting this gazebo for. If anything happens and I need to get another one, I absolutely would not hesitate to use this company again. Quality seems amazing, a couple panels had dings in them, but I put them on the backside so you can’t see it but for the most part, it’s packaged very well and looks Amazing
