This chair exceeded my expectations. So comfortable and with the dual motors…. I’m able to teak the position to always get into that comfort sweet spot. I’m recovering from an accident and it’s been a godsend.

excellent quality for the price. Great support for adults that are heavier (300-330 lbs) and around 5'7-5'10.Footrest is slightly stiff for about 10 times before loosening up to a fluid return. NOT for taller people.

I actually love this chair - purchased the dark gray faux leather- great design, great feel, nice & wide- HOWEVER- the back of this chair has -a mild slant/slope to it at the top end of the back- unfortunately I absolutely can not sit in a chair like that post my extensive surgery & multiple arthritis issues. This slant/slope was not indicated in the diagram on line - it just looks like the back is not elevated all the way. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

When changing positions the chair sounds like I'm rolling on rocks..Heat/vibration remote does not work..there is something poking thru the back pad..I'm having the fella that put it together take another look..maybe it's not level.

Excellent chair. Fairly straightforward to put together with the exception of the recliner back piece. I couldn't lift it sufficiently to get it into alignment with the brackets. I had to ask my male neighbor for help. He did it in about 30 seconds! He's also 6'5", I'm 5'9" but not as strong as I once was. Heat - massage features are COMFORTING! It does lays flat but I now realize getting into a zero-gravity position would've been more idealic, but that does not detract from this chair.
