I love having additional Joy-Cons for when friends and family come over and this work great. The only complaint that I have with them is that they do not work with my Nintendo Switch Joy-Con charger, they literally will not charge so that is a huge downfall for me. The were pretty expensive for being refurbished as well.

I was worried about not buying directly from nintendo, but it works great. i had no issues pairing it with my switch, all i had to do was slide the new joycon on. it also came two days earlier than it said it would!

The ad showed the product in the original licensed box, so I assumed i was buying a brand new licensed product. Not some third party vendor product. It arrived in a different box wrapped in bubble wrap. I looked over the product closely and compared it to the original joycons from my son's switch and add fat as I can tell these are licensed products from nintendo, but who really knows? Without the original packaging I'll never really know. If these are not officially licensed products then I think i over paid because I could've bought some third party vendor product for literally half the amount. At any rate, my son is using and enjoying them so it's not a total loss. Only time will tell if they are, indeed, a good product. Well they hold up to the abuse a child can inflict upon gaming equipment? We shall see.
