Ok, we looked at many different patio furniture sets based on price and looked at a lot of reviews a common review on this set was it was kind or a pain to put together from my experience it was not bad at all though time consuming yes it took about 3hrs to put together but not difficult, the instructions were clear as well at least I thought so.

Nice set for the price. It is on the shorter side so make sure to read the height measurements before you purchase. Easy to assemble. Happy with the purchase.

The description says this set comes in 2 boxes. After receiving one box, I contacted customer service for an update on the second box. There was no info, so they did an exchange. They picked up the first box and again delivered one box. After waiting a week and receiving no information on the second box, I decided to open it to see what was missing. Turns out, everything was in one box. The set is nice, especially for the price, but the stitching on one of the cushion covers was coming apart, so I contacted customer service. They sent me a link to upload pictures, which I did. A couple weeks passed and I never heard back, so I contacted customer service again. They claim they can't replace the defective cover, but they offered me 25.00. When I objected to that solution, and asked why they would ask me for photos if they couldn't help me, the agent left the chat and another agent took over. After looking at the conversation I had with the previous agent, the second person explained there was nothing he could do because the return window had passed. He suggested I contact the seller. I clicked on the sellers link, which led me to Subzero customer service?? I tried to find the website on Google but that led me back to the product page on store. I give up! I still have no resolution and I'm out of options. I recommend the set, but if you need assistance, there is no seller customer service.

So this comes in 3 boxes. Easy to put together comes with hardware and tools, however to save time I had a cordless drill. Only down fall is a lot shorter furniture than expected. Still super comfy and everyone can fit on it.
