I like how I can use it for my toilet and then throw it away no stinky smell toilet brush to deal with. The heads have a lot of soapy cleaner in them . You could probably use them for more than one toilet it has that much soap in it.

wow, mine came with the 50 refills but also 10 more inside the brush. i know the blue is just dye... but i feel like it did a good job.
