Although I’m not totally satisfied with this chair I purchased for my father, I’m giving it 5* because of the affordability! It’s very comfortable and does the job nicely. Dad can easily rise to a standing position. He loves the heat and massage features. The remote could be a little more elderly friendly with bigger buttons and labeling. It’s not completely noise free but not bad and doesn’t distract others from watching TV. Dad is tall and his feet extend over the rest but he doesn’t mind. Very affordable, comfortable and does exactly what I purchased it for.

My husband came home from rehab and we discovered he could not get up from the chair without serious assistance, which I was not strong enough to provide. Ordered this chair - it came the next day. It is very very heavy, but the size is great - fit into our living room nicely. Very comfortable, he finds it easy to use. And he loves the heat and massage features.

We put it together but instructions were wrong on one part it says you put the black stabilizers on front but there is not a place in the back that they will fit so chair won’t fall over. It stand up nicely and reclines well, heat and massage work great, the cup holders are wonderful the pockets are large on each side. I’m very satisfied with my purchase Shane this style isn’t available in leather. I will make it waterproof and put a waterproof cover on it. Instructions are in black plastic bag in one of the pockets. Enjoy

The chair was delivered in one box. The directions were very simple, took me about 20 minutes. Following directions is not a strength of mine so it was helpful to have the user friendly instructions, as I was quickly assembling for my 84 year old mother who broke her hip. The chair is very comfortable! Later we encountered a problem with the chair, a part was defective. GarveeHome went above and beyond to make this situation right. My mom and I are extremely pleased with the level of customer service that was provided.
