This thing is awesome value for dollar. There are some things you should know. First - remove the spark plug and add a few drops of oil before initial startup. Second - you will NEED to turn off the fuel valve and let the motor run a few minutes until it stalls out OR you will have gas left over in the carburetor and fuel system which will vaporize and you will be inhaling a significant amount of gas. Third - nowhere near 1200W or even 900W. Tried powering an 800W AC with it, it could produce enough power to properly run it. Don’t hesitate to buy this but if you plan to run anything over 600W, get something better
