I was astonished how easy it was to start and how quietly it ran. I pulled the handle mostly just to see how far it would travel and the inverter started right up. Smoked for a few seconds, then settled down. I have the single fuel 3500W version. The Eco mode works great and keeps the sound levels down. I bought a magnetized oil filler cap and an inductance type hour meter.

I bought this new and 2023 and have only used it twice for about 30 minutes each time. I've only used propane as I don't want any issues with gas contaminants building up in the carburetor. So anyway... I went camping and misplaced the hose and regulator along with the manual. After contacting customer service and sitting thru 4 attempts to talk to someone, I finally got thru to a person in India. The person was able to send me a link where I could download the manual but, the hose and regulator had to go thru sales that you can only contact via email. After 4 correspondences in 4 days reiterating everything I had put in the original email with sales, they told me the cost would be 150 dollars, and it would have to be shipped from China that could take a couple months. So, this company has terrible support, no common spare parts available, no ability to call sales and order parts, no ability to download manuals on their website and customer service contact will disconnect you after five minutes on the phone. I can't honestly give this product anything above 2 stars with customer support that is so horrible. I was able to go to Lowes and get a hose and regulator for 18 dollars.

It's is a great product and would recommend it to anyone. It's not heavy and easy to move around.

Still in break-in so will see long term. Good so far. Fired right up on propane with electric start. Encountered issue of CO flashing yellow light and shut down after a couple of hours. Contacted support and got a quick diagnosis. Think it overheated while running in Texas heat. No problem after cooling and restart while running in shade.Happy camper so far.
