Updating rating to four stars. I was contacted by the company as they were unhappy that my item broke and wanted to provide me with a replacement. I have it a couple weeks now and hope it does continue to work. As mentioned before, when it did work it was great. I am grateful to the company and appreciate their product satisfaction.

The design of the massager is incredibly user-friendly. It's lightweight and ergonomic, making it easy to hold and maneuver around my neck and upper back. I love how I can use it hands-free by adjusting the straps to keep it in place while I relax. The massager gets to all those hard-to-reach spots that I typically struggle to massage on my own. It feels like having a personal massage therapist right at my fingertips whenever I need it.

Worked great and worked the knots out but after a couple months there was a wiring issue and it is no longer usable. I cannot find if it's a bad solder or a broken wire so I have no clue why this happened

Right after I bought it and posted my review, I did a interstate move and totally forgot about looking at the warranty and pursuing it. They could have just left it alone and let the warranty expire and the fact they reached out I think says a lot.

Not sure if this is the right massager for me. Awkward to manage. Big and my body/neck too small for this huge contraption. I am a small 100lb petite woman.
