Important Safety & Usage Notes

Power supply: Always use the included standard car charger. Do not power the dash cam directly via a generic data cable, as this can cause insufficient voltage, repeated rebooting, failure to start, or even permanent damage to the motherboard.

Voltage: The DVR is compatible with 12V car power only. Using it directly on 24V will burn the motherboard. For 24V vehicles, you must add a 24V to 12V Converter (BL).

Memory card: This is a FHD 4K video recorder and requires a high‑quality Class 10 Micro SD card (16GB–128GB). Low‑speed or low‑quality cards may cause malfunction. If unsure, choose the option with the original TF card.

Rear camera compatibility: Due to different chipsets and sensors, only the original rear camera from this set is guaranteed to work properly with this dash cam.

CarPlay / Android Auto Connection

• For iPhone (CarPlay): In the DVR menu, select CarPlay as the connection method. Use the CarPlay software installed on your iPhone to connect directly to the DVR.
• For Android (Android Auto): In the DVR menu, select Android Auto as the connection method. Then download the official “Android Auto” app from the Google Play Store (other sources may not work) and connect to the DVR.

Wi‑Fi Connection & App Control

Before connecting your phone to the DVR, install the “Viidure” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Steps:

• (1) Enter the DVR menu, go to the Wi‑Fi settings, and enable the Wi‑Fi function.
• (2) In the DVR Wi‑Fi menu, check and note the Wi‑Fi SSID name and password.
• (3) Open the “Viidure” app on your phone, enter configuration mode, turn on your phone’s Wi‑Fi, find the DVR’s SSID, and enter the password to connect.
• (4) After successful configuration, you can view, control, and operate the DVR through the app (recording, playback, photos, settings, etc.).
